EXCLUSIVE TASTING FLIGHT
One of the biggest farms on the Kotowa Estate. It’s located in the middle between the Boquete and Volcan region and blessed by the Pacific Ocean winds.
It’s volcanic soil and virgin forest from the National Park that surrounds it creates a cool and shaded microclimate that makes it a perfect location to grow truly specialty coffee.
The farm is currently being run by third-generation producer Ricardo Koyner with his daughter Victoria.
At Hangar, we’ve chosen to honor this coffee by serving it as an espresso, flat white, and a signature beverage that celebrates the Las Brujas farm.
PACIFIC WINDS
Cool air moves inland from the Pacific, helping create a unique growing environment.
VOLCANIC SOIL
Mineral-rich soils formed by the surrounding volcanic landscape.
PROTECTED FOREST
Native forest provides shade and contributes to the farm's cool microclimate.
