Flight Coffee Hangar is not a place to drink instant coffee and a slice. Its a temple for those who enjoy coffee and are inquisitive about the whole production process. Wait staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and clearly enjoy discussing coffee with you when you order. The menu is also very diverse with a wide variety of food which will appeal to most people. They also have the usual range of slices etc but the main point of going here is to drink good coffee

Got the flight or flat whites with the avocado smash and the coffee was excellent. The food was also delicious. The vibe of the place was cozy and upbeat. Would highly recommend the place to anybody looking for some good coffee and brunch spot in Wellington!

Incredible food, excellent coffee, lovely service. Stumbled upon this spot as the cafe recommended to us was over crowded. Glad it was! This is a gem of a find. My family were just breezing through Wellington on a holiday and had a 10/10 brekkie here. 100% will return on our next travels to NZ. I believe they make their waffles from scratch!? They’re just amazing! Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside with well balanced fruit and hand whipped cream. Great mouth feel with this dish! But the star is the smashed avo, has absolutely no business being that incredible. It’s just LOADED with all the right complementary accouterments that I can safely safe, hands down, best smashed avo I’ve ever had! Impeccable! Coffees were perfect (latte and cappuccino) and the food was served very quickly
